We want trying Watson Theologica to be risk-free — that is what the free trial is for. This page explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
1. The Free Trial Is Your Evaluation Window
Every subscription starts with a 5-day free trial with full access to Watson Theologica (up to 50 responses). A payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel from the account panel in the app — no email, no phone call, no questions.
2. Charges Are Non-Refundable
Once the trial ends and a charge is made — and for every renewal after it — payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual billing. We keep prices low by keeping billing simple, and the trial exists so you can make an informed decision before paying anything.
3. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account panel. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate partial months or years.
4. Billing Errors — Always Made Right
If you are ever charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a technical fault on our side — we will refund it in full, promptly. Email tom@watsontheologica.com with the details and we will sort it out.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
